Frank was great! I had him come out to inspect our fireplace and gas stoves to see if they needed cleaning - they were all good-to-go. He walked me through the details of the maintenance and how keep them in good working condition. He even found a couple of unrelated issues we need to have addressed with our masonry on the outside, which was really helpful.

It did take a few days for him to get back to me after I left my first message, but after that it was all good - no big deal as I wasn't in too much of a rush. (I probably could have just called again to get a hold of him.) Overall a great guy, trustworthy, thorough, fair price, you can't go wrong.

We really like Frank. Several months ago, we needed a chimney cleaned. We were really happy with his work. He was very knowledgeable and showed us some areas that needed additional repair. Last week, we had him complete the recommended work. One of the things we liked the most about working with Frank was that we felt that he was trustworthy. When we discussed the recommended work, we didn't feel like he was a pushy salesman trying to upsell services. He seemed really genuine. We plan to use his services again in the future.

He's great!  It's nice to have a contractor follow through on all of his promises about appt, services, etc.  He assessed the rusting flashing on our chimney and did a great job replacing it while making repairs to several areas of mortar on our chimney as well. Great guy / great service!

Frank did an excellent job assessing our Chimney needs and carrying out professional cleaning as well as making the necessary repairs to our 100+ year old chimney. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He gave us advise on improving the safety of our fireplace going forward.

Frank was a great communicator and very responsive. He was really honest with me and told me that our chimney was really clean and not in need of a sweep and then proceeded to explain strategies to prevent smoky cold air from sinking down our chimney into our house as the fire is starting. He didn't even charge me for the consultation. I will call Frank back to my house for any future chimney needs.

I called Frank a couple years to fix a problem left by another Chimney Cleaning company. His performance on that job is why I called him again today to clean my fireplace chimney. He was at my house 45 minutes later and did another excellent job.

Frank recently inspected and cleaned our fireplace/chimney. He was quick to respond to a request for a quote, and was also able to get us on his schedule within just a few days. He arrived early (after a polite call letting us know he would be a little early), and was nothing but friendly and professional while working in our home. This is our first time owning a house with a fireplace, so he also took the time to explain the basics of starting a fire/properly using a fireplace to us, which was greatly appreciated.
